We hired Residential Repair Specialist, LLC to address a leak in our kitchen. After a thorough inspection of the pipes, cabinets, and surrounding areas, it became clear that the pipes were the source of the issue. Unfortunately, the leak had also caused significant damage to the flooring, subfloor, and cabinetry, along with the presence of mold spores.
Ed approached the situation with professionalism, patience, and understanding. A full kitchen renovation wasn’t in our budget, but Ed worked closely with us to create an affordable plan that met our needs. Together, we agreed to repair the leak, remove and replace the damaged flooring and subfloor, install LVP flooring, repurposed the original wood cabinets, and add a cost-effective sink with a Formica countertop.
By the end of the project, not only was the leak resolved, but our kitchen looked brighter, more open, and significantly improved. We are truly grateful to Ed and his team for their excellent work and their thoughtful, respectful approach throughout the process.
